BIN Corporation Group Joins Quang Nam Leaders for Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Site Visit

On May 30, 2025, the Chairman of BIN Corporation Group, together with a high-level delegation led by the Chairman of Quang Nam Province, conducted a strategic investment survey at the Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park to explore development opportunities.

Background Context

In early 2023, the Quang Nam Provincial People Committee and BIN Corporation Group signed a memorandum of agreement, which enabled the Group to conduct a comprehensive exploration of the investment site in the project of the Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park. This marked a major step in the development of strategic partnerships between the local governments and the private sector investors.

The Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park – Subdivision B has been identified as a priority development zone, with the vision to become a modern and sustainable industrial hub in Central Vietnam. The project is expected to attract clean industries, advanced manufacturing, and international partners, contributing significantly to the region’s long-term economic growth.

Key Highlights

• Site Assessment: The visitors explored areas of interest at subdivision B, where high-tech and clean industries were to be established.
• Infrastructure Risk: The road accessibility (e.g., Vo Chi Cong Road, National Route 1A), utilities, and the intended modernization to be upgraded to the global standards were reviewed.
• Environmental Orientation: Policed land level, drainage and buffer areas in order to allow sustainable development.
• Shared Vision: Both sides stated that they were extremely in sync when it comes to the vision of developing Nam Thang Binh into a sustainable industrial location.
• Facilitating Policies: Quang Nam authorities have vowed to have smooth process in administration, land clearance provisions and investor friendly policies.

• Area: 346 hectares across Binh Sa, Binh Trung, Binh Nam communes,Quang Nam Province (now Thang Truong and Thang Dien communes, Da Nang city).
• Strategic position: Adjacent to Vo Chi Cong Road (east), National Route 1A (south), and Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park – Subdivision A (north).
