Da Nang, August 29, 2026 - In implementation of Plan No. 413/KH-UBND dated August 13, 2026, issued by the Da Nang City People’s Committee on organizing groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for projects within the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone in celebration of the 81st anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026), Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction of Factories for Lease, a Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Phase 2 Technical Infrastructure under the Investment, Construction and Infrastructure Operation Project of Subdivision B - Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park.

On August 29, 2026, Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park – Subdivision B will break ground at the same time on a factory complex for lease, a wastewater treatment plant, and Phase 2 technical infrastructure. With total investment capital of VND 1.098 trillion, the three new projects mark the next stage of development after eight months of Phase 1 construction.

Entering the peak construction phase, NTB Industrial Park is maintaining continuous infrastructure development across the site in three shifts per day to accelerate key components. The target of completing Phase 1 by June 2026 requires shortening preparation time and enabling secondary projects to be deployed and brought into operation at an early stage.

On March 11, 2026, at BIN Corporation Headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, BIN Corporation signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) to provide financing for the development of infrastructure and AI data center facilities at Sub-zone B of NTB Industrial Park (Da Nang).

In implementation of Official Dispatch No. 224/CĐ-TTg dated November 8, 2025; Official Dispatch No. 235/CĐ-TTg dated December 1, 2025; and Official Dispatch No. 240/CĐ-TTg dated December 16, 2025 issued by the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam on the urgent preparation for inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies of major projects and works to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (term 2026–2030) and the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 – December 19, 2025), the city of Da Nang, together with localities nationwide, will organize the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Business Project – Sub-zone B.
