Entering the peak construction phase, NTB Industrial Park is maintaining continuous infrastructure development across the site in three shifts per day to accelerate key components. On March 11, 2026, at BIN Corporation Headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, BIN Corporation signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) to provide financing for the development of infrastructure and AI data center facilities at Sub-zone B of NTB Industrial Park (Da Nang).
