Groundbreaking Ceremony to Celebrate the 14th National Party Congress - Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park - Subdivision B Project

The ceremony was honored by the presence of senior leaders, including Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly; Mr. Lam Van Man, Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council; Lieutenant General Le Ngoc Hai, Commander of Military Region 5; and representatives from central ministries and agencies.

From Da Nang City, attendees included Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee; Mr. Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; members of the City Party Committee's Standing Board, leaders of city departments, and local officials and residents of Thang Dien and Thang Truong communes.

Over 300 other delegates also attended, including representatives from the Da Nang Fellow Countrymen Association in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region, the Da Nang Business Association, the Southern Business Association, the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association, leaders of corporations, companies, financial partners, and journalists from central and local media agencies.

The project's selection as one of 79 national live television broadcast points underscored the special attention and high expectations placed on this key infrastructure initiative. This event marks a crucial milestone in realizing socio-economic development planning, opening a new dynamic industrial space for the Central Key Economic Region.

Vision for a Green & Smart Industrial Development

Guided by a sustainable development philosophy, the investor - Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment & Construction Joint Stock Company (within the ecosystem of BIN Corporation) - presented a series of specific and synchronized solutions. The entire Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park - Subdivision B will be built to green standards, with factories of diverse scales and 100% solar panel roofs.

The core focus is developing a closed-loop, on-site renewable energy ecosystem, encompassing smart production, storage, distribution, and internal trading, to reduce emissions and create export competitive advantages. The project also integrates a complete logistics supply chain and is protected by a smart, IoT-based safety and fire prevention system with four-side access capability.

Building the Digital Foundation for a New Era

With a deep awareness of data's value, the project plans a modern Data Center zone within the industrial park, featuring a dual power supply system, multi-layered security, and green cooling technology, alongside an adjacent Practical Training Center to develop digital human resources for the Central region.

Concurrently, BIN Corporation is implementing an international strategic project: the AI and Green Energy Technology Center in Texas, USA. With an expected capacity of up to 400 MW, its goal is to form a data, technology, and production connection chain between Vietnam and the United States.

Mr. Le Hung Anh – Investor Representative expressed pride in returning to contribute to his Quang homeland's development in this new opportunity. He shared a vision of a project integrated into the region's overall development picture: "Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park is not the final destination, but a part of the overall development picture of South Da Nang and the country in the new period." He affirmed a consistent philosophy of sustainable development: no environmental trade-offs, ensuring community partnership and shared benefits. On that spirit, he committed to implementing the project on schedule, in compliance with the law, using the balance between economic efficiency, social benefits, and environmental protection as the ultimate measure of success.

Mr. Pham Duc An – Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee emphasized the project's breakthrough strategic significance in transforming a challenging area. He expressed the expectation: "The project will turn a purely agricultural area, constrained by natural limitations, into a modern industrial cluster, creating a driving force for development in the south of the city." He outlined specific goals: creating jobs, raising income for tens of thousands of workers, and improving the material and spiritual lives of local people. City leadership pledged to accompany and support the investor in resolving all difficulties, especially regarding administrative procedures and site clearance compensation, to ensure the project is completed on time, with quality, and achieves the highest investment efficiency.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai – Vice Chairman of the National Assembly highlighted the project's strategic importance in realizing national development goals. "Developing the infrastructure for Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park cannot follow the old path of traditional industrial zones. The project must be oriented towards a new-generation industrial park model, with smart infrastructure as the foundation, applying AI and IoT to connect the Central region with domestic production centers and the global supply chain." He stressed that development must be linked with Net Zero goals and the circular economy, prioritizing attraction of high-tech, semiconductor, and clean energy industries to build a green-clean-sustainable "industrial park." He also assessed this as clear evidence of the effectiveness of expanding the city's development space, helping to "awaken" the potential, create jobs, and improve lives for people in South Da Nang.

Strategic Cooperation Signings – The Start of Concrete Success

During the ceremony, four strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) were signed, marking the first substantive step and laying a solid foundation for project implementation. The partners include:

(1) Smart Consulting Design and Construction Company Limited (SCDC) as the EPC General Contractor, ensuring construction progress and quality.

(2) Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank), providing financial and credit solutions.

(3) Zhejiang Jinko Energy Storage Co., Ltd., cooperating to supply solar energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) for green infrastructure.

(4) PacinfraX Singapore PTE. LTD., as a secondary investor to develop 50,000 m² of telecommunications and AI infrastructure.

The strategic cooperation signing ceremony between the investor and partners takes place within the framework of the groundbreaking event.

These agreements are expected to create momentum for completing synchronized infrastructure and significantly increasing attractiveness for secondary investment capital into Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park.
