Tender Overview
This tender is implemented to construct the 22kV medium‑voltage power grid serving Sub‑Zone B of Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park, covering full‑scope survey, engineering design, material supply (excluding Category A materials), and construction & installation. The works connect from Tam Thang 110kV substation to the distribution RMU of the Industrial Park, located at Vo Chi Cong Street, Thang Truong Commune, Da Nang City.
Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company respectfully invites qualified and experienced bidders in the medium‑voltage grid sector to participate and collaborate in the successful delivery of this critical infrastructure item.
Scope of Work
- Construction of the 22kV overhead power line connecting Tam Thang 110kV Substation to the Industrial Park RMU distribution cabinet.
- Overhead line works including prestressed reinforced concrete poles (12m, 18m, 20m), 16m galvanized steel poles, foundations, cross-arms, guy assemblies, insulators, AsXV 240/32 insulated aluminum conductor steel-reinforced (ACSR) cables, and grounding system.
- Medium-voltage underground cable works including cable trenches, HDPE conduits, CXV 240mm² underground cables, cable terminations, cable joints, and cold-shrink accessories.
- Switching and protection equipment including 3-way 630A LBS Ring Main Unit (RMU), 630A disconnect switches, and surge arresters.
- Testing, commissioning, and calibration of electrical equipment, cables, insulators, and grounding system.
Qualification Requirements
- Be a legally established entity with appropriate business registration and not currently subject to bidding prohibition.
- Hold a valid Construction Activity Capacity Certificate for electrical works (power lines and substations up to 35kV) appropriate to the scale of the package.
- Have experience in constructing at least two (02) similar 22kV medium-voltage power distribution projects.
- Have qualified key personnel (Site Manager, Electrical Engineers) and workers holding valid electrical safety training certificates in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Demonstrate adequate financial capability and sufficient construction equipment.
