Tender Overview

This tender is implemented to complete the construction of the traffic system at the strategic intersection, covering all work items including road pavement, curbs, transverse drainage, and traffic safety systems in strict accordance with the technical design. The project is located in Thang Truong and Thang Dien Communes, Da Nang City, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless connectivity between Vo Chi Cong arterial road and the industrial park's internal network.

Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company seeks to partner with reputable and experienced bidders that fully meet construction capacity requirements, to ensure quality, schedule, and safety for this critical infrastructure project.

Scope of Work

• Road pavement construction (road widening and reinstatement) within the intersection area.
• Installation of curb stones within the intersection.
• Cross-road drainage system (box culvert, B × H = 150 × 125 cm).
• Construction vehicle wheel-washing station (10,800 × 2,400 mm).
• Traffic safety facilities, including traffic signs, road markings, and speed humps.
• Traffic management and safety measures throughout the construction period, including temporary barriers, warning lights, temporary traffic signs, and traffic controllers.

Qualification Requirements

• Experience in constructing similar road infrastructure and/or intersection projects within the last two (02) years.
• Key personnel, including the Site Manager, must possess the appropriate professional practicing certificates.
• Construction equipment must be sufficient to meet the required construction schedule.
• Adequate financial capacity and minimum average annual revenue as required.

Technical Requirements and Applicable Standards

• QCVN 41:2024/BGTVT – National Technical Regulation on Road Traffic Signs and Signals.
• Circular No. 51/2024/TT-BGTVT dated 15 November 2024 issued by the Ministry of Transport.
• TCVN 8788:2011 – Road Traffic Paints – Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint – Technical Requirements.
• Box culvert construction in accordance with Standard Drawing 86-05x issued by the Institute of Transport Design, designed for H30-X60 loading.
• Construction Law 2014 (as amended in 2020), together with all other applicable construction regulations, technical standards, and codes currently in force.
