Total construction quantity (roadways and intersections): 31,879.98 m² for each material layer specified above. Detailed quantities are provided in the attached Bill of Quantities (KL-BTN-NTB). Final payment quantities shall be based on the actual completed and accepted work.
Qualification Requirements
- Be a legally established entity with appropriate business registration for transportation infrastructure or civil infrastructure construction and not currently subject to any bidding prohibition.
- Hold a valid Construction Activity Capacity Certificate for road construction works appropriate to the scale of this tender package.
- Have successfully completed at least two (02) similar asphalt concrete paving projects with a minimum construction area of 25,000 m².
- Possess a complete asphalt paving equipment fleet, including an asphalt paver, steel-wheel rollers, pneumatic-tire rollers, bitumen/emulsion spraying trucks, and access to a qualified asphalt mixing plant with transportation distance suitable for the construction schedule.
