Well-Planned Road Infrastructure: 46.66 hectares (~13.49% of total land) are for internal roads.
Main Roads: Width 35–45.5 meters, with pavements (10–20m), medians, sidewalks, and LED lighting.
Sub-roads: Width 21–35 meters, suitable for containers & heavy trucks.
Access: Direct connections to Vo Chi Cong Coastal Road, Da Nang–Quang Ngai Expressway, National Route 1A, and Chu Lai transport network.
