INVITATION FOR BID FOR THE 22KV MEDIUM-VOLTAGE POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM PACKAGE AT NAM THANG BINH INDUSTRIAL PARK

1. General Information

Project Owner: Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company

Project: Investment Project for Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Subdivision B – Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park

Project Location: Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park, Vo Chi Cong Road, Thang Truong Commune and Thang Dien Commune, Da Nang City, Vietnam.

2. Package Information

Package Name: Survey, Detailed Design, Supply of Materials (excluding utility-provided materials), and Construction of the Power Distribution System for the Investment Project for Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Subdivision B – Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park.

Scope: 22kV Medium-Voltage Power Supply System.

Expected Scope of Work:

• Conduct site surveys and assessments.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical design documents.
• Supply materials and equipment within the package scope, excluding utility-provided materials.
• Construct and install the 22kV medium-voltage power distribution system.
• Carry out testing, commissioning, energization, technical acceptance, and handover of the completed works.
• Coordinate with the local power utility and relevant stakeholders throughout project implementation.

3. Contractor Selection Method

Selection Method: Competitive Quotation / Limited Tender.

The Project Owner will receive and evaluate bid submissions based on the contractor’s qualifications, experience, technical proposal, implementation schedule, and financial offer in accordance with the Project Owner’s procurement procedures.

4. Contractor Eligibility Requirements

Interested contractors shall meet the following minimum requirements:

• Possess a valid legal business registration in accordance with Vietnamese law.
• Demonstrate capability and experience in surveying, designing, and constructing medium-voltage electrical works.
• Have experience in implementing similar projects and electrical infrastructure works.
• Possess adequate personnel, construction equipment, and financial capacity suitable for the package scale.
• Commit to meeting requirements related to quality, schedule, occupational safety, fire prevention and firefighting, and environmental protection throughout project execution.

5. Bid Submission Documents

Interested contractors are requested to submit the following documents:

• Corporate legal documents and relevant licenses/capability certificates.
• Company profile and references for similar projects completed.
• Technical proposal, including implementation methodology, construction plan, project schedule, and quality and safety assurance measures.
• Financial proposal, including bid submission form, quotation, and commercial commitments.
• Contact details of the authorized representative for clarification and negotiation purposes.

6. Submission Period and Method

Submission Period: From June 24, 2026, to July 24, 2026.
