Quang Nam - May 30, 2025 - In a significant move to boost sustainable industrial development, the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee has granted initial approval for the investment policy for Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park's Subdivision B, a landmark project valued at approximately $145 million for its first phase.
The industrial park, developed by Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company under BIN Corporation's ecosystem, represents a strategic shift toward environmentally conscious industrialization in central Vietnam. Covering 346 hectares across three communes - Binh Nam, Binh Trung and Binh Sa (according to the new provincial merger regulations of Vietnam in 2025, the industrial park location is in 2 communes of Thang Truong and Thang Dien in Da Nang province) - the project will operate for up to 70 years under the approved framework.
The industrial park will focus on building and operating modern infrastructure for industrial production, real estate, warehousing, and support services. The development emphasizes the creation of an ecological industrial park model that harmonizes economic growth with environmental protection.

In early 2023, Quang Nam province granted BIN Corporation's Chairman Le Hung Anh (2nd from left) the Investment Location Study Agreement
Sustainable Development Focus
NTB Industrial Park is designed to attract industries that prioritize sustainability, including information technology, telecommunications, electronics, advanced silica processing, and high-value agricultural product manufacturing. The project explicitly excludes any industries with high environmental pollution risks.
Key features of the park include a strong commitment to renewable energy adoption, high green space coverage, and industrial symbiosis—whereby businesses utilize each other's byproducts to minimize waste. The park aims to become a hub for advanced, environmentally friendly manufacturing, leveraging modern infrastructure to support Industry 4.0 operations.
Economic and Environmental Goals
Quang Nam Province anticipates that the project will significantly contribute to local economic restructuring, job creation, and budget revenue. By attracting high-tech investors from developed countries such as the U.S., EU, Japan, and South Korea, the industrial park is expected to enhance the region's industrialization and modernization efforts while maintaining strict ecological standards.

Quang Nam province will focus on completing the infrastructure of industrial parks.
Mr. Le Hung Anh, Chairman of BIN Corporation and a Quang Nam native, emphasized the project's broader significance: "This isn't just an investment in infrastructure - it's an investment in Quang Nam's future. We're creating a platform that will attract global companies while preserving our environmental heritage."
*BIN Corporation is a multi-industry corporation headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, and has expanded its international network with representative offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Lithuania, Canada and the United States. The group's areas of operation include business management consulting, financial consulting, digital marketing, e-commerce, tourism, real estate and technology.
With BIN Corporation's international network spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe, and North America, the project is well-positioned to attract global tenants. It aims to draw investors to invest in high-tech industries, delivering significant added value and environmentally friendly solutions.

Vo Chi Cong Road, spanning 69km from Hoi An to Chu Lai Airport, has been systematically upgraded to maximize the development potential of Quang Nam's eastern region.
This project is aligned with the plan of the province of Quang Nam in 2021-2030. The strategy is to make the eastern coastal area economically prosperous with the marine industries, advanced manufacturing, and sustainable agriculture. The provincial leaders are also optimistic that the park will generate thousands of skilled employment opportunities and bring in foreign investment that is environmentally responsible.
